Relax, connect and move in ways that are beneficial during pregnancy and after birth, knowing that you're in the hands of an experienced midwife, yoga teacher and mother. You don't need prior experience - for many in our pregnancy and postpartum yoga classes, this is their first time exploring the practice.

Kundalini Yoga for Pregnancy

Pregnancy is a unique time, and this class is a place to join our growing community, learn about pregnancy and birth from an experienced midwife, and use Kundalini yoga techniques to get energy flowing, increase vitality, and create more space within your changing body and within your Self. Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness and pregnancy is the perfect time to get clear about who you are, how you feel and what you’d like for birth and parenthood. Each time you experience the move into motherhood it is a big transformation and adjustment. These classes help to deepen your connection to YOU, lessen anxiety and relax completely.

Postpartum mother yoga workshop

A kundalini yoga workshop for mothers. A space to take a deep breath and relax. A space to discover the magic of kundalini to uplift, release and centre yourself. Nourish yourself with the company of other mothers practising yoga, meditation, and relaxation and enjoying guided discussion to better orient yourself in your role as a mother.
